Congratulations to three Burnham bowlers who received Bowls England Hot Shot certificates for scoring the maximum shots possible in a single end at the match away at Yatton on the 13th June in the Over 55s league. Lead -Dave Milne, Number 2 – Don Bridges and Skip- Frank Chick.
On Saturday 22nd July starting at 2pm members will compete in this fun game. The bar will be open for players, other members and friends.

Tomorrow’s (22nd June) away game against Wellington is cancelled. Home match is unaffected.
Mains water will be unavailable at the Club from 9am 21st June for approx 4 hours and electricity supply will be disrupted between 10am and 5.30pm on 28th June.

We have a wonderful green and clubhouse, very close to the town centre.
Bowls is a fun sociable pastime with some healthy competition thrown in.
The club has four excellent coaches, three outdoor coaches during the summer season and one indoor coach during the winter season from 20th September 2023 to early April 2024.
You are most welcome to come along on a Friday morning at 10.00 and meet Richard and Trevor, or a Wednesday evening at 18.00 and meet Steve for some free coaching lessons, weather permitting. You can have three free sessions to see how you get on before joining, just bring along a flat soled pair of shoes.
We are also offering a bowling buddy set-up if you would like to have a roll-up and develop your skills once you have joined the club, with one of the team.
You are very welcome to come along and watch any of our home games and chat to any one of us, the fixture list is on this website..
The cost for your first outdoor season is only £45 and will include free membership for your first indoor season on our own unique indoor rink.
